Customers May Request Printed Copies of Past Bills

During the Canada Post service interruption, NPEI was unable to regularly mail bills to our customers. Once the service interruption came to an end, NPEI made the decision to focus on present bills and not print and mail all past bills to customers.

If a customer would like to request that their past bills be printed and mailed to them, they may contact the NPEI office by calling 1-877-270-3938 or by emailing info@npei.ca.

Customers are also encouraged to sign up for the MyAccount Customer Portal, where you are able to view, download and print all previous bills on your account. To sign up for MyAccount, please click here.
